Coop'ed up

Dear faithful readers, 

(All five of you...Hey Mom!), 

I've been taking a little break from bloggin', but I'll be back in the swing of things soon. 

So what's happening tonight? Well, sometimes because of my day job, I need to make Coq au Vin at 1:30 in the morning such as the following batch, which will be photographed officially for the newspaper tomorrow.

But when the kitchen smells like thyme and garlic and red wine? It's all good.
